The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 392 and 397 of IPC in Cr.No.191 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with two others robbed the defacto complainant's father bag containing cash of Rs.7,19,000/-. Hence the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the defacto complainant had not mentioned the petitioner's name in the complaint. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
