ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to decide the petitioner's Review Application dated 14.10.2020 on merits and direct the 3rd respondent to issue Patta to the petitioner's land in Survey No.620/1, measuring about 35 cents, situated at Vadavalli Village, Porur Taluk, Coimbatore District, by considering her representation dated 23.09.2023.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2023 and also dispose of the petitioner's Review Application dated 14.10.2020, within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. 3.Mr.P.Gurunathan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the petitioner's Review Application dated 14.10.2020, on merits and in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2023 and dispose of the petitioner's Review Application dated 14.10.2020 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties/rival claimants, if any, within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. There shall be no order as to costs. 10.11.2023 ksa-2 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No 3/5
