This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Krishnagiri Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.28589 of 2022 order dated 22.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
