PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of rejection for renewal of Registration dated 18.08.2017 bearing No.5386/D1/2017, on the file of second respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the second respondent to reconsider the renewal for registration application dated 21.04.2017 pertaining to the petitioner after giving adequate opportunity to the petitioner including personal hearing and for submission of building stability certificate, sanitary certificate and fire service licence and pendency of Form-D licence mentioned in the impugned rejection order dated 18.08.2017.
