ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the compromise that has been arrived at between the parties, they have filed an application under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act in Page No 1 of 3

H.M.O.P.No.889 of 2024 on the file of the I Additional Family Court at Chennai.

2. Hence, he would state that nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. He has also filed a memo to that effect.
