This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the order passed in W.P.No.4816 of 2021 dated 12.03.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the certified copy of the said impugned order was made ready only in the month of September 2024 and hence, this petition has been filed.

Once the certified copy of the impugned order was made ready, it is for the petitioner to re-present the appeal papers along with the certified copy of the impugned order.

Accordingly, this petition is closed.
