ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue patta for the petitioner's land measuring 55 cents comprised in survey Nos.11/12, 11/13 situated at Kaspapuram Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

2. Heard Mr.R.Subramaniyam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter party, if any, and after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
