The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the above Appeal Suit.

2.All the respondents are served. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent is present.

3.Respondents 4 to 6 remained exparte before the Court below. But private notice has been served in the aforesaid petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 4 days in filing the appeal, is condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number the Appeal Suit, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
