This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Paragraph No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.18512 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.25654 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every first and third Saturdays at 10.30.a.m.,until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.18512 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25654 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every first and third Saturdays at 10.30.a.m.,until further orders, is relaxed. 15.09.2025 smv 2/4
