Respondent(s) PRAYER to permit the petitioner to amend the relief prayed for in the above Writ Petition From For the reasons state in this affidavit, it is prayed that his, Honourable Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or Order or Direction particularly in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS directing the 4th respondent to implement the

order of 3rd respondent vide Letter No.Na.Ka.No.7945/ CEA/2/2024 dated on 13.05.2025 regarding the shifting of doctors house or creating a permanent wall in between doctors house and Operation Theatre and arrangement of laminar air flow in Operation Theatre as per operation theatre guidelines in BGR hospital in accordance with law within the time frame fixed by this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and to render Justice. To It is prayed that this Honourable Court may be pleased to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS quashing the impugned order vide Letter No.Na.Ka.No.7945/ CEA/2/2024 dated on 13.05.

2025 and direct the 3rd and 4th Respondent to seal the BGR HOSPITAL OPERATION THEATRE DHARMAPURI and cancel the license of BGR Hospital constructed against original sealed plan approval copy and also constructed against the operation theatre guidelines of Indian Health mission running illegally for the past 12 years in the top floor 10 feet distance from Dr. Rajesh Home in accordance with law within the time frame fixed by this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and pass such further orders and thus render Justice.
