PRAYER IN ALL W.Ps.: Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the second respondent in anyway preventing the petitioners from travelling abroad at the instance of the complaint by 3rd and 4th respondent, Indian Bank.

:: Mr.Jayesh D.Dolia COMMON ORDER The three petitioners had filed these Writ Petitions with the same relief, namely, for a direction not to prevent them from travelling abroad.

They apprehend that they may be prevented from travelling abroad owing to a complaint given by the third and fourth respondents / Indian Bank.

An order was passed permitting them to go abroad but to return back to the country.

I am today informed by Dr. S.Ramachandran, the learned counsel for the writ petitioners that they had come back to the country on 15.12.2022. A memo is filed enclosing passport details of the writ petitioners. The statement is recorded. The memo is recorded.

They are now at their house probably watching television. 6.

Mr. R.Sidharth, learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the first and second respondents also confirmed that the petitioners are safely back home to this country. 7.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. No costs.
