This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order and final order dated 12.10.2017 passed in I.A.No.244 of 2017 in O.S.No.15 of 2016 on the file of District Munsif Court, Coonoor.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the suit filed by the plaintiff was dismissed as not pressed. Hence, the prayer sought by the petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition became infructuous. Accordingly, no further adjudication is required in this Civil Revision Petition and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
