ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 16.08.2022 to pass order to delete the name of the 4, 5 and 6th respondents deceased father Sadayappa Gounder from A Register and Patta in S.No.401/1 situated at Kolappalur Village and include petitioner name in the A Register and Patta in S.No.401/1 situated at Kolappalur Village

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the respondents had already initiated

proceedings based on the petitioner's representation and hence, he seeks time to complete the enquiry and pass orders.

3. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.08.2022 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
