ORDER

Today, this matter is listed under the caption "For Reporting Compliance".

This Court, vide order dated 14.11.2024, had directed the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (each) to the credit of the Crime No.2 of 2024 on or before 19.12.2024.

The petitioners herein challenged the said order before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP(Crl) No.17608 of 2024 and the Hon'ble Supreme Court had allowed the petition setting aside the condition imposed by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation was conducted and the complaint was closed as mistake of facts.

Therefore, there is no necessity to comply with the orders passed by this Court vide order dated 19.12.2024.
