The prayer in the present Writ Petition challenges a proposal by the Willful Default Review Committee of the Indian Bank/R1 dated 16.09.2022 proposing to treat the petitioners as wilful defaulters.

2. The Writ Petition has been filed on 01.11.2023. The very next day, i.e., on 02.11.2023, an order has come to be passed by R1 holding the petitioners as willful defaulters, which is yet to be challenged by way of a separate Writ Petition.

3. Hence, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the said order. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In light of endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge order dated 02.11.2023 in a manner known to law. Connected Miscellneous petitions are closed. 07.11.2023 sl Index : Yes / No Speaking Order:Yes 2 / 4
