This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 31.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20004 of 2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., and evening at 5.00 p.m., until further orders.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Wednesday Morning at 10.00 a.m., and Evening at 5.00 p.m., until further orders.
