This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking police protection based on the representation dated 28.08.2023. 2.

The reading of the said representation does not disclose any material which warrants police protection. As per the representation, closed shop of the petitioner was suspected to be tampered during night hours and even the complainant/petitioner not sure whether there was any theft or attempt to theft.
