Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent/Corporation submitted that the order passed by this court in W.P.No. 20259 of 2021 dated 05.06.2024 has been stayed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in CMP.No. 6970 of 2025 in W.A.No. 806 of 2025, dated 24.03.2025.

2. In view of the stay granted by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court after disposal of the above writ appeal W.A.No. 806 of 2025, if so advised.
