The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has challenged the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 10921 of 2021 by way of a Writ Appeal No.1463 of 2025 and the Hon'ble Division Bench has granted an order of interim stay today (i.e.) 30.04.2025.
