ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to complete the registration of the sale deed dated 03.08.2023 presented jointly by the petitioner and the 2nd respondent on 03.08.2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader [Puducherry] appearing for 1st respondent submitted that the request made by the petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 16.11.2023.

Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for 1st respondent, this Court is of the view that once the request made by the petitioner was rejected, the petitioner has to either comply with or challenge the said Page No.2 of 5
