PRAYER:

Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents to proceed investigate with fair and proper manner and to include the name of the accused along with hitting vehicle in Crime No.313 of 2019, on the file of the second respondent and to file a final report within the time frame fixed by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.P.Ganesan For Respondents : Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, Additional Public Prosecutor.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to proceed investigate and to include the name of the accused along with hitting vehicle in Crime No.313 of 2019, on the file of the second respondent and to file a final report within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.

Heard Mr.P.Ganesan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.313 of 2019 within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and while investigation if there is any material to show the ingredients to attract other offences as against the other accused persons, the second respondent shall add the offences and also accused persons in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of .
