The petitioner earlier filed Crl.R.C.No.1081 of 2023 and this Court had passed a common order dated 30.06.2023 in Crl.R.C.Nos. 1005 & 1081 of 2023 and imposed certain conditions. One of the conditions with regard to Crl.R.C.No.1081 of 2023 is that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner complied with the conditions, the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed in this case.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation has been completed, the charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.582 of 2023 before the Special Court of NDPS, Chennai and the case is posted for appearance of the petitioner on Page 1/3

12.12.2023.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and the facts that the conditions have been complied with by the petitioner and the investigation is completed, this court is inclined to relax the condition.
