ORDER

As against the decision taken by the District Level Empowered Committee, rejecting the petitioner's claim for medical insurance, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the seventh respondent/State 2/4

Level Empowered Committee.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if the appeal is directed to be disposed of, within a stipulated time.

3. In consideration of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the seventh respondent herein, to dispose of the appeal, if not already disposed of, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that in case, any further documents are required to be produced before the State Level Empowered Committee, the petitioner shall comply with the same.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
