The matter is listed today under the caption "for dismissal". On the last hearing date, i.e., on 17.04.2025, it was recorded that the petitioner did not meet the respondent for arriving at an amicable settlement and the petitioner is also not ready to argue the matter. As seen from the earlier proceedings, repeated adjournments were sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner for arriving at an amicable settlement. This petition is of the year 2024. Since sufficient opportunities have been granted by this Court to the petitioner to arrive at an amicable settlement or to argue the matter, and since this matter is listed today under the caption "for dismissal", no further indulgence can be shown to the petitioner, as the learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready for arguments even today.
