ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to grant time for a period of 90 days to vacate the 2nd and 3rd Floor(Right Side) portions in No.56/21, 1st Avenue, Shastri Nagar, Adyar, Chennai - 600 020, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2019.
2. When the matter was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that the relief sought herein has become infructuous, as the petitioner himself had removed all his belongings and vacated the subject premises on 2/4
01.03.2021 in the presence of the Advocate Commissioner and the possession was also handed over to the auction purchaser on 02.03.2021 itself. The learned counsel has also filed a memo dated 23.02.2023 to that effect.
4. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that no further order is required to be passed in this appeal, except recording the memo dated 23.02.2023 filed by the third respondent. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
