This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 29.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.13369 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15433 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on the 1st Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter as directed by the trial Court.
