This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report the respondent Police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.8257 of 2023 dated 26.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7718 of 2023 on 12.04.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are totally relaxed.

However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
