ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing directing the respondents to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 18.09.2024 to grant final approval to the layout formed in S.F. Nos 111/7 and 111/8B, measuring 1.41 1⁄2 acres in Olalakoil Village, Nambiyur Taluk, Erode District in line with the Planning permission dated 26.10.2023 made in ROC No.BJN/22749/2023/TCP issued by the District and Town Country Planning Authority, Erode - 9.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner for granting final approval for the layout of

the petitioner for the land comprised in S.F.Nos.111/7 and 111/8B, admeasuring 1.41 1⁄2 acres situated at Olalakoil Village, Nambiyur Taluk, Erode District, in the light of the Planning permission dated 26.10.2023 made in ROC No.BJN/22749/2023/TCP issued by the District and Town Country Planning Authority, Erode - 9, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
