O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet to expedite the trial within the time stipulated by this Court pertaining to the Criminal case in C.C.No.369 of 2013.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are totally two accused in which the second accused is absconding. As such, the trial Court issued Non Bailable Warrant as against him, therefore did not able to complete their evidence.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent is directed to execute the Non Bailable Warrant as against the second accused as expeditiously as possible. In the mean while, the trial Court is directed to split up the absconding accused https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and complete the trial in C.C.No.369 of 2013 on the file of the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
