This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 21.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21700 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate - II, Hosur, weekly once i.e., on every Monday till committal and thereafter appear before the concerned Sessions Court, weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till framing of charges and thereafter on the Court hearing dates except for unavoidable circumstances.
