This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 27.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22267 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to appear before the Judicial Magistrate - I, Krishnagiri, everyday at 10.30 a.m till committal and thereafter appear before the Principal Sessions Court, Krishnagiri, weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
