ORDER

This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025. 2.The case was registered in Cr.No.106 of 2012 for the alleged offences under Sections 294 (b), 323, 506 (ii) of I.P.C. @ 294 (b) and 323 I.P.C. This case is a split up case. It is stated that presently the whereabouts of the defacto-complainant is not known. Even in the mother case the accused was imposed only with a fine of Rs.750/-. The matter has been pending for the execution of warrant.

3.Considering the factual matrix, context of the case, the background of the accused, the reason for absence from his usual place, and the submission that, despite best efforts, the warrant could not be executed, it is evident that even if the accused is brought to face trial, it would impinge upon her right to a speedy trial. Suo Motu TR.No.7311 of 2025 no useful purpose would be served.

4.Accordingly, the case in S.T.C.No.629 of 2021 of Judicial Magistrate Court, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal, stands quashed. This Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of.
