(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh,J.) This petition is filed to clarify the order dated 13.09.2019 passed in HCP.No.1863 of 2019 as in 6th and 7th lines of para 2, it has been stated that "it appears that the detenu is taking treatment in the hospital".

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the words in 6th and 7th lines of paragraph 2 viz., "it appears that the detenu is taking treatment" are unnecessary and the same does not pertain to the detenu.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor agreed with the said submission.

4.Accordingly, 6th and 7th lines of paragraph 2 of the order dated 13.09.2019 passed in HCP.No.1863 of 2019 viz., "it appears that the detenu is taking treatment" stand deleted and the civil miscellaneous petition stands allowed.
