2. Today also, none appears for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate submits that the land in S.No.98/6 initially was classified as Government Punjai Tharisu. It was

allotted to one Rajammal. Subsequently, she had settled the property to her son and the son thereafter alienated it to the private respondents herein and the names of the private respondents are recorded in the revenue records.
