Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 12.01.2017 bearing Se. Mu. Na.Ka. No.20184/2016/AA1 passed by the 1st respondent herein and consequential notice dated 30.01.2017 issued by the 4th respondent herein and quash the same.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 12.01.2017 bearing Se. Mu. Na.Ka. No.20184/2016/AA1 passed by the 1st respondent herein and the consequential notice dated 30.01.2017 issued by the 4th respondent.

2. The order of temporary suspension has been put to challenge in this writ petition.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that subsequent to filing of this writ petition, final orders have been passed by 2/4

the 1st respondent. A copy of the Proceedings, dated 21.04.2017 issued by the 1st respondent has also been placed before this Court. In view of the above, he submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition may be closed.
