Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife to withdrawal of MOP. No.313 of 2019 pending on the file of the Family Court, Puducherry and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Mathuranthagam.

2. On several occasions, this Court was ordered notice to the respondent through Court as well as privately. Inspite of notice served, the respondent did not appear either through counsel or in person before this Court. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court by way of this miscellaneous petition for taking substituted service.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials.

4. In view of the above, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to take notice to the respondent through substituted service by way of paper publication in ''Malai Malar'' in local edition on or before 11.12.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Post the matter on 15.12.2019.
