3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned.

4. It is made clear that the petitioner/claimant is not entitled to claim any interest for the delay period(493 days).

5 .Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent at the time of admission.
