This miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to amend the prayer in the above writ petition as follows:

"... to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Order or Direction in the nature of a Writ, calling for the record of the 4th respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in Rc.No.539/A1/2022 dated 03.08.2022 and quash the same and direct the respondents to absorb the petitioners permanently in any equivalent post in any one of the Department of Government of Tamil Nadu or Central Government by taking into consideration their continuous service for the last 25 to 30 years in the State Resource Centre with all consequential service and monetary benefits within a reasonable time frame and grant such other further relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending the above writ petition, the fourth respondent has passed the order in Rc.No.539/A1/2022 dated 03.08.2022 rejecting the representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2022. Hence, the petitioner seeks this Court to amend the prayer challenging the above order passed by the fourth respondent.

3. Such view of the matter, since, the subject representation dated 22.04.2022 has already been considered and a rejection order has been passed, this petition is ordered, accordingly.
