ORDER
The petitioner seeks limited relief from this Court in the form of a mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2024, wherein the petitioner had sought for issuance of patta in respect of the agricultural land admeasuring to an extent of 55 cents in survey No.22, Vengadamangalam Village, Vandalur Taluk, Chengalpattu District.
2. The petitioner contention is that he and prior to him generation of his family have been cultivating the said lands.
3. Considering the above, a mandamus is issued to the 2/4
second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2024 and dispose of the same within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
