ORDER

This Suo Motu case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.)No.618 of 2025.

2. The case was registered for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 323, 379 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. It can be seen that the mother case in CC.No.108 of 2018 was proceeded further against the other accused and ended in acquittal. Due to the passage of time, a meaningful trial is unlikely, and no useful purpose would be served.
