When the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent/ garnishee submitted that the entire decreetal amount has been recovered from the petitioner. She would also furnish a copy of the proceedings in Roc.No.49762/2017/Estt.III/MB dated 1.10.2020. She would further submit that the decree has been satisfied.
3. Earlier, when the matter was taken up on 19.7.2021 there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, it was posted to 22.7.2021 and again on 22.7.2021, the matter was adjourned to be listed today. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
4. Hence, taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the second respondent/garnishee, this court is of the opinion that no purpose will be served in keeping the revision pending. Accordingly the civil revision petition is closed. No costs. the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
