The Official Liquidator v. Nil

Comp.A.No.446 of 2024 in CP.No.68 of 2009 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

This application has been filed by the learned Official Liquidator seeking permission of this Court to settle the bill for effecting publication of M/s.Enthrall Communications Private Limited, publisher for a sum of Rs.20,580/- from and out of common pool fund account.

2. This Court has perused the report filed by the learned Official Liquidator seeking for the aforementioned relief and satisfied with the same. Accordingly, the prayer sought for in Comp.A.No.446 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for.
