This petition is filed to condone the delay of 584 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Mr.N.Nicholas, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that the respondents 1 to 3 have no objection in ordering this petition.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents 1 to 3.

4.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 584 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve the typed set of papers to Mr.N.Nicholas, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 today itself.
