PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other direction in the nature of writ, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2023 of the petitioner in accordance with law by holding Page No.1/4

enquiry under Rule 151 of Police Standing order into the Criminal misconduct of torture and harassment of the fourth respondent against the petitioner to secure the ends of justice.
