By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is working as Noon Meal Organiser at the Panchayat Union Middle School, Arcot, Sithamur Block, Kancheepuram and he is also holding additional charge of the Noon Meal Centre at the Government High School, Pondhur in the same block. While being so, one, Selvarani who is working as Noon Meal Organiser in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Nainarkuppam has been transferred by the first respondent to Pondhur where the petitioner is working as incharge. Challenging the said transfer order, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. On perusal of the impugned order, the petitioner has no grievance since he is already employed in Arcot and he was only holding additional in charge in Pondhur. Therefore, there is no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the first respondent.

4.With the above observations, the writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
