Comp.A.No.447 of 2024 in CP.No.163 of 2003 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

This application has been filed by the learned Official Liquidator seeking permission of this Court to release the pending payment of Rs.28,600/- from and out of the common pool fund.

2. This Court has perused and examined the report submitted by the Official Liquidator in support of this application and satisfied with the same. Accordingly, the prayer sought for in Comp.A.No.447 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for.
