The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Tiruvannamalai on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders without fail passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22114 of 2024, dated 11.09.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
