ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2022 within the time fixed by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he was a successful bidder for right of collection of fees at Tharamangalam weekly market and he has also paid necessary fees. However, the respondent is now conducting pooja for constructing Tharamangalam Municipality at Tharamangalam Weekly Market. Hence, this Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited prayer, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2022 and dispose of the same on its own merits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 2/4
