The said applications are listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.It is brought to my notice that defendant-40, who had also applied for transposition as a Plaintiff in C.S.No.147 of 2016, has been omitted in paragraph-19(2) of the order.

3.Upon examining the prayer in the application and the said paragraph19(2) of the order, I find that defendant-40 has been inadvertently omitted on account of a clerical error. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to re-issue the order by including defendant-40 in paragraph-19(2) of the order dated 28.02.2020.
