2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the case is committed to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Arakkonam and the next hearing date is fixed on 09.01.2025.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 5 of the order in Crl.O.P.No.19688 of 2024 dated 16.08.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Arakkonam on 09.01.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
